The Bicycle Shop Decal Project: June 2014

Every day for almost four years now, I’ve posted a new decal to this project. I was able to do this thanks to the endless, steady stream of bikes coming through the two Helen’s Cycles locations that I worked at—Westwood and Santa Monica.

However, as of June 1^st, I’ve left the shop to work for ROAD Magazine, which means I will likely encounter fewer decals in my travels.

I do not plan to end this project—as a matter of habit, I still scan every bike I see for a decal and snap a photo whenever possible. As of now, the daily queue will run out sometime in September—after that I will continue to post new decals as I find them.
