C. Harding's Westwood Cyclery; Los Angeles, CA

This one too, was from a link left in the comments by "Fausto Copious" a few months ago. It is a duplicate of a decal we already had, but was in a lot better condition.

The original, along with lots of other cool bicycle photos, can be found in bobbiker's Flickr feed.

  1. I have purchased a black Harding frame (59cm) from a shop in Boulder. When it arrives here in the Puget Sound area I would like to send you information about the specifics, in hopes that it can be dated and frame/fork details understood. I know made in Cork, sold from the S. Cal shop, I assume. Wondered about history of company in the days when the frame was produced. Who brazed it, etc. Just for a little background. I hope to recondition the frame & paint, avoiding the decals so the patina will be evident in spots sensitive to reconditioning. I was told no markings on the rear drop-outs. Additionally, the chrome fork with the frame is likely not original, but I was told there are no signs of front end impact on the frame. Thanks. Sorry if this is not the place to ask my questions.
